Embassy Sales will be leading a fun-filled fundraising campaign called “10K in the 10th Month” to help raise money for this year’s Building Futures project of building a primary school in Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka.

“10K in the 10th Month” – support our Building Futures campaign

Building Futures is Study Group’s non-profit initiative that provides educational opportunities in the developing world. Together, we’ve transformed eight communities in 10 years. Leading this project, our Embassy Sales team is challenging all Embassy staff and teachers to join team “Team Embassy” as we work to transform yet another community. The “10k in the 10th Month” launch is October 1st, and our team will be ready to hit the ground running or walking, cycling, rowing, swimming….

The challenge for this campaign is to collectively walk, run, row, cycle, or swim 10,000 km throughout the month of October.  This is roughly the equivalent to going from Embassy Oxford to Embassy Los Angeles, making a pit stop in Embassy New York.  We’re tracking progress using My Virtual Mission and any Embassy team member can create an account, download the app and take on the challenge!

Supporters can visit our Just Giving fundraising page to make a donation towards the cause.  If you are an Embassy employee and would like to take part or if you would like more information on this great project, email Luke Sikorski

Stay tuned for a report on our progress in October and thank you for your support as we continue Building Futures and changing the world, together!
