If you’re thinking of going abroad to study English, there are a lot of things to consider. Of course you need to decide on a school and there’s no better choice than Embassy English. There’s our Student Promise, Embassy On Track and My Embassy English (you should ask your Agent more about these!).
Also there’s the fact that we have more than 98 university partners and 45 years of teaching experience. I could go on …
However, as Embassy has 18 schools worldwide, how do you decide which one to go to?
I’m not ashamed to admit that I am biased. I live on Australia’s Gold Coast and I work for Embassy Gold Coast.
The name says it all, it really is a paradise for surfers and beach lovers.
These are bustling cities full of life and excitement.
In the Gold Coast and Brisbane we have a hot summer and a very warm winter – great for swimming, water sports and barbecues.
The saying is “Beautiful one day. Perfect the next”.
And if you want to experience more variety, go to Melbourne where they sometimes have four seasons in one day!Embassy Melbourne
If you haven’t seen Sydney’s Darling Harbour, Bondi Beach or the Opera House you can do that on your first day in Sydney as they are all really close to the school.
Melbourne’s campus is right in the middle of the city, and of course you mustn’t miss the opportunity to visit the Great Ocean Road (amaaaaaazing!) or in winter you can even go skiing on the weekend!
Brisbane is the River City with so much to do on weekends and in the evenings.
The Gold Coast campus has our world famous beaches literally two streets away from our school.

Every Embassy campus world-wide has the best teachers. We make sure of that.
They will have you talking (and laughing) in every class.
We believe in getting our students actively involved in learning, so you’ll be doing lots of really practical activities.
Ask your agent about our Bringing English to Life program.
You know about Kangaroos and Koalas (so cute!) and of course you will see them. But do you know about Dingos, Crocodiles and Sharks?
I don’t mean to scare you (or do I? ; ) but Australia is a fantastic place for an adventure.
Also you will meet kookaburras, wombats and platypus’s. Maybe you’d never even heard of those before.
Whichever Australian campus you choose, you won’t be disappointed!
And, just to keep it interesting, don’t forget you can plan your experience so that you transfer between campuses, so that you can see all of Australia as part of your language experience!
Oh, and by the way, if you’re coming to the Southern Hemisphere, don’t forget about our Embassy Auckland Campus.
New Zealand is just incredible!
